Limo Link Limousine provides special Meet & Greet Services to save your time and hassle free service for your client or guest. One of our representatives will meet you at the arrival gate with a signage indicating your name. The representative will assist with your luggage and escort you towards your limo. *Please note that there is additional charge for meet and greet services.

Airport Limo Pick-Up Procedure:

First you have to provide us with your flight details. Any change in plans or flight schedule, please email or call or text on local number 416-877-6480 or toll free number 1-866-334-3821 and re-book with us. Once you have arrived and collected your luggage, please proceed towards the commissionaire locations at the designated pre-arranged limo service desk. Give the commissionaire the full name under which your limousine is reserved and ask to page Limo Link Inc and wait for your chauffeur. The driver will be there within 2 minutes.

Toronto Pearson Aiport Commissionaire Locations:

Terminal 1: Inside Door A (pre-arranged limo desk)Terminal 3: Inside Door A (pre-arranged limo desk)(outside Post-7) on arrivals level. If the Commissionaire advises you that there is no Limousine registered in your name, or within 2-3 minutes of notifying the Commissionaire the Limousine does not show up, please don't leave, call our dispatch office at 416- 877- 6480 or use our toll free number 1- 866- 334- 3821 for immediate assistance.
